You can get in right after getting off the metro station, it's really close. But there are some nasty people walking around on the streets outside. That seemed strange. You can walk to the city center.

Konnte nicht schlafen, weil es draussen extrem laut war. Das Hotel an sich ist gut, vom Personal und der Ausstattung. Werde nicht wieder kommen, wegen dem Lärm. Leute haben draussen die ganze Nacht geschrieen.

飯店位置極具優勢，就在法蘭克福火車總站出站後的左側，步行6分鐘左右。但因在複雜的車站區域，各種人都有，特別要適應的是深色皮膚的嘻皮、流浪漢。

樓下是三教九流不説，火車站附近能理解。 第一個房間馬桶屎都沒刷乾淨，換第二個房間吹風機又是壞的，晚上找他們反饋，啥都不知道，就説白天找他們經理，白天來了也不換，叫我們去另一個房間。。。 就一個電梯，早上電梯還壞了，四樓拎一個行李箱下去。 用鑰匙開門，房間沒一個乾淨地，都不敢落腳，真噁心。凳子也有不明液體殘留。 就這還評四鑽，這差評是給訂房網站的，國內旅館都不如。

我簡直懷疑這火車是****聚集地，樣樣下後巷每晚到凌晨也聚集三五個奇奇怪怪的人，一看就知道****，第一次出外不敢夜回，周邊環境感覺很差，也怪不了酒店，法蘭克福這市長應直下台，管成這樣，地理位邏也挺好的，但治安真不好

We ordered 3 adult bedroom and they used a couch for a bed. Breakfast discount was dishonoured. Inexperienced staff couldn’t save the situation without being rude. Street under our window filled with homeless calling loudly al night. Lift not switched on so disabled had difficulty departing. Drunks hanging around the front door all the time.

Great location - right at the train station. Rooms quite big and relatively modern. Bed was comfortable and big. Cleaning wise it could have been cleaned better. However, overall, for the price it was a good deal and good Hotel.
